Whether a patient has a permanent or temporary homebound status, Mobile MD provides patients with a complete array of primary care physician-driven services such as medication management, diagnostic and laboratory testing, podiatry, and other primary care services. Also due to Covid -19, telehealth visits are available.
Studies show that hospital readmission and unnecessary emergency room visits have been reduced by providing homebound patients the ability to receive the same comprehensive primary care provided in a traditional physician’s office.
